The new school is conceived as a terraced system oriented toward the surrounding landscape.The building is organized into four interconnected volumes resting on a shared base level that accommodates the agora and a series of multifunctional, relational spaces common to both educational programs.Above this plinth, the four volumes rise to shape a central civic square, open to the community and acting as the focal point for spaces accessible to the city beyond school hours, including laboratories, the gymnasium, the library, and the auditorium. The gymnasium and the auditorium also benefit from independent access at ground level.While the two educational programs maintain a clear formal identity, they share all school facilities, which are interconnected through the central square and the agora. Outside school hours, the square becomes a vibrant place of social interaction for the community, animated by the synergy between the gymnasium, library, laboratories, and the outdoor playground.
